WSA-Schwefelsäure im Nassverfahren – Rohrohr-Wärmetauscher

Rice tube heat exchange equipment for WSA technology of wet acid production, the coolant of which is built into the conversion reactor. The main design characteristics and material solutions are presented below:

• Main materials: the housing is made of 304H steel, the pipe manifold is made of TP304H steel;
  • Heat exchange pipe design: leverage tubular design is applied. To prevent leakage on the welding seams of heat exchange tube bends, ceramic spraying is additionally applied;

Base pipe parameters: diameter and wall thickness of the base pipe — Ø33.4×3.38 mm, material also TP304H;

• Individual parameters: the height, thickness and density of the levers can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual operating conditions.
