Characteristics of PFA pipe
(Excellent chemical resistance provides resistance to strong acids (e.g. sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid), strong alkalis (e.g. sodium hydroxide), organic solvents (e.g. acetone, benzene) and oxides (e.g. hydrogen peroxide). Virtually insoluble in any solvent, and chemical stability is superior to PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
(2)Temperature resistance: working temperature: -100°C ~ +260°C.
(3)High purity and low emission of substancesSuitable for the industries of semiconductors, photovoltaics, electrochemicals, etc., preventing the contamination of high-purity media.
(4)Good mechanical properties: high tensile strength, creep resistance, stress cracking resistance, good flexibility, bending capability, making it suitable for complex pipeline systems.
(5)Outstanding electrical insulation properties: low dielectric constant, which makes it suitable for high-precision electrical industries, such as semiconductor manufacturing, photovoltaic battery manufacturing, etc.
