PTFE filled products
Depending on the requirements of various applications, fillers can be added to PTFE products in specific proportions. Such products not only retain the foreign characteristics of pure PTFE, but also significantly improve performance such as stiffness, wear resistance, creep resistance, compression strength, flexural strength, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability, which generally improves the performance of PTFE products. The conducted fillers include: glass fiber, graphite, carbon fiber, molybdenum disulfide, silicon dioxide, copper powder, polyphenylate, polyetheretherketone, etc.

Modified PTFE is obtained by adjusting the molecular structure of polytetrafluoroethylene, due to which it acquires new characteristics, such as: increased resistance to cold weaving, low permeability to chemicals and gases, weldability, etc. At the same time, the unique properties of PTFE themselves are not reduced, which opens up opportunities for new areas of application, especially widely used in areas where safety and reliability are important.
