WSA-Sulphuric Acid Wet Process- Lever tube heat exchangers

Lever tube heat exchanger for WSA wet acid production technology, with the cooler integrated into the converter reactor. The main design characteristics and material solutions are presented below:

• Main materials: the body is made of 304H steel, the pipe manifold is made of TP304H steel;
• Design of heat exchanger tubes: lever tube design is used. In order to prevent leakage, the bend weld seams of the heat exchanger pipes are additionally sprayed with ceramic coating;
• Base pipes parameters: diameter and wall thickness of base pipes are Ø33.4×3.38 mm, material is also TP304H;
• Individual parameters: the height, thickness and density of the levers can be flexibly adjusted to the actual operating conditions.
