The internal liner of the wet acid process condenser lid is manufactured using modified fluororesin, resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, as the base material. This material can withstand temperatures up to 150°C and has excellent aging resistance and anti-piercing properties, allowing it to resist concentrated sulfuric acid corrosion and operating conditions for long periods of time.
At the processing stage, rotational spray molding technology is used, which ensures integral single molding of the inner liner - after molding, its surface remains smooth and even, and the layer thickness consistently reaches 0.8 mm. The material has exceptionally strong adhesion to the base of the lid, which eliminates the possibility of delamination during long-term operation, thus guaranteeing the tightness and safety of the equipment.
