The WSA (wet technology acid production technology) degasser is manufactured based on fluororesin produced by Daikin Japan. Its specific properties and process design are as follows:
Weaving: The main part of the degasser is woven from monofilament modified fluororesin with a diameter of 0.25-0.3 mm into a mesh structure. For glass-tube degassers, column weaving is used to ensure that the overall dimensions are fully compliant with the operational requirements.
Temperature resistance range: Can work stably for a long time at 200°C, and the maximum limit operating temperature reaches 250°C.
Anti-solidification property: At acid vapor temperatures ≤200°C, no solidified precipitation forms on the degasser, which ensures trouble-free operation.
