ETFE coated reactor

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the wet process acid conversion column enter the WSA acid condenser through the lower acid collection tank, where the acid production process is completed. In the acid condenser, the flue gases undergo a gas-liquid transformation, producing hot concentrated sulfuric acid with a temperature of about 245°C. This concentrated sulfuric acid drains to the lower acid collection tank where it is collected and then directed through the acid drain hose to the sulfuric acid circulation system.

Description

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the converter column of wet acid production technology through the lower acid collection tank enter the acid condenser WSA, where the acid synthesis process is completed.
In the acid condenser, the flue gases undergo a gas-liquid transformation, resulting in hot concentrated sulfuric acid with a temperature of about 245°C. This acid drains to the lower acid collection tank where it is collected and then sent to the sulfuric acid circulation system via an acid transport hose.
