Wet sulfuric acid production technology

Its key product, WSA-Ⅲ type wet sulfuric acid production equipment, has achieved a breakthrough in industrial validation. The self-developed high-efficient low-temperature WSA-method sulfuric acid production system has a transformation degree of 99.8%. It is capable of processing industrial exhaust gases with sulfur content from 0.5% to 15%, the maximum daily throughput capacity of one set of equipment is 300,000 m³/h. The concentration of the finished product (sulfuric acid) is stable above 98%, and the concentration of harmful substances in the purified exhaust gas does not exceed 50 mg/Nm³, which significantly exceeds the state emission standards.
At present, the company's business covers many industries, including non-ferrous metallurgy, carbon chemistry, petrochemistry, steel and coke production, and fine chemicals. Domestically, the company has implemented more than 60 general contracting projects of wet sulfuric acid production by WSA method (turnkey), the cumulative capacity of industrial exhaust gas treatment has exceeded 50 million m³/h, the annual volume of recovered sulfuric acid has reached more than 3 million tons, and the reduction of sulfur dioxide emission has reached more than 2 million tons. In the external market, the company expanded its presence in countries such as Zambia, Peru, Kazakhstan and others.
