The condenser top tube board of the wet acid process is machined as a one-piece plate in a monolithic design, and the holes are formed by precise CNC machining, which guarantees precise and uniform hole center spacing and ensures the accuracy of the subsequent assembly. After successful inspection, the metal parts are internally clad, with special materials from DuPont (USA) or Daikin (Japan) used for the initial cladding materials. After cladding, the surface is heat-treated to further improve performance. This top tube board is designed for long-term use at temperatures up to 120°C, with a maximum allowable temperature of 150°C. It is suitable for contact with a mixture of SO₃ flue gases and sulphuric acid with concentrations from 0 to 98%.
