PFA-coated reactor

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the wet process acid conversion column are directed through the lower acid collection tank to the WSA acid condenser, where the acid production process is completed. In the acid condenser, the flue gases undergo a gas-liquid transformation to form hot concentrated sulfuric acid (temperature about 245°C). This acid drains into the lower acid collection tank where it is collected, after which it enters the sulfuric acid circulation system via an acid hose.

Description

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the converter column of the wet acid production technology column through the lower acid collection tank enter the WSA acid condenser, where the acid production process is completed.
In the acid condenser, the flue gases undergo a gas-liquid transformation, resulting in hot concentrated sulfuric acid with a temperature of about 245°C. This acid drains to the lower acid collection tank where it is collected, after which it is directed to the sulfuric acid circulation system via an acid drain hose.
