A special catalyst for wet acid process technology, uniquely formulated with a seven-toothed earring shape, is characterized by its adaptation to process conditions with high water vapor content. Its characteristic seven-toothed earring shape provides a larger specific surface area, higher dust retention capacity and lower hydraulic resistance, which effectively optimizes the spatial distribution of the catalyst in the converter. In particular, the cesium component in the catalyst exhibits outstanding properties: it has excellent efficiency in reducing operating temperatures and controlling sulfur dioxide (SO₂) emissions with the exhaust gas.
In addition, due to a special technological production scheme and formulation adjustment, this catalyst exhibits increased specific surface area and porosity. It retains high activity over a wide temperature range, which allows it to adapt to any layer of different types of converters, possessing exceptional versatility.
