The bottom tubular plate of the capacitor of wet acid production technology is processed as a whole plate in monolithic design, and the holes are formed by precision CNC machining, which ensures an accurate and uniform distance between the hole centers and creates a precise basis for the subsequent assembly of the heat exchange tubes. After successful inspection, the metal parts are subjected to internal cladding, while special materials from DuPont (USA) or Daikin (Japan) are used for the starting materials of the cladding. After plating, the surface undergoes heat treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and structural stability. This lower tube board is designed for long-term use at temperatures up to 290°C, with the maximum allowable temperature being 310°C. It is suitable for contact with a mixture of flue gases SO3 and sulfuric acid with a concentration of 0 to 98%.

Description

The bottom tubular plate of the capacitor for wet acid production technology is processed as a whole monolithic plate and the holes are formed by high-precision CNC machining. After the successful inspection of the metal parts, the inner lining is performed. For cladding materials, special compositions from DuPont (USA) or Daikin (Japan) are used. After finishing the coating, the surface is subjected to heat treatment, which allows to enhance the corrosion resistance and structural stability of the product.
