The inner lining of the capacitor cover of wet acid production technology is manufactured on the basis of modified fluororesin resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid as the main material for processing. This material withstands temperatures up to 150°C, and also has excellent aging resistance and impermeability, making it long-term resistant to corrosion of concentrated sulfuric acid and the impact of operating conditions.
At the processing stage, rotating spray molding technology is used, which ensures a complete one-time molding of the inner lining – after molding, its surface remains smooth and flat, and the layer thickness is stable to reach 0.8 mm. At the same time, the material has an extremely strong adhesion to the base of the cover, so in the process of long-term operation, the possibility of layering is excluded, which guarantees the tightness and safety of the equipment.
