The temperature of sulfuric acid captured by the glass tubes of the WSA acid capacitor is about 245°C. It passes through an acid removal tube from the condenser assembly tank into a cyclic acid tank, where it is mixed with sulfuric acid in a cyclic tank at a temperature of about 40°C. After mixing, the acid temperature reaches about 60°C. Then the acid comes out of the cyclic tank, is fed by a pump of cyclic acid to the acid cooler, where its temperature is reduced to about 40 ° C. Some of the acid is sent to the intermediate storage tank and the other part is returned to the cycling tank.
