The inner lining of the capacitor top cover for wet acid production technology is manufactured using modified fluororesin resistant to strong sulfuric acid as the main material. This material withstands temperatures up to 150°C, in addition, it has excellent aging resistance and anti-permeation properties, which allows it to long-term resist corrosion of strong sulfuric acid and the influence of technological process conditions.
At the processing stage, rotary spraying technology with molding is used, providing a monolithic one-time formation of the inner cladding – after molding, the cladding surface remains smooth and flat, and the layer thickness is stable to reach 0.8 mm. At the same time, the material demonstrates exceptionally strong adhesion to the base of the upper cover, so that in the process of long-term operation, the possibility of layering is excluded. This ensures the tightness and safety of the operation of the equipment.
