Development team
The company has established a research and development system centered on “industry experts plus scientific and research institutes and universities,” assembling a team of experienced technical specialists deeply engaged in wet acid production using the WSA technology and chemical ecology. The core team is led by two experts awarded special scholarships by the State Council, and currently employs 86 technical specialists with intermediate and advanced qualifications, including 12 professors—senior engineers—and 35 senior engineers, representing 55.8% of the total technical staff. All members possess solid theoretical foundations and extensive experience in industrial applications.
The research team has successfully implemented three scientific and technical projects for technological development at both provincial and ministerial levels. Based on the iteration of wet acid production technology using the WSA scheme, the team has developed 16 national patents (including five inventions), with key patents covering important areas such as “optimization of low-temperature conversion technology,” “efficient gas-liquid separation structure,” “intelligent concentration control system for acid,” and others. In addition, the company has established long-term technical cooperation with Central South University, Hunan University, and the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, jointly establishing the “Joint Laboratory for WSA Acid Production Technology.” Addressing industry challenges such as complex compositions in industrial exhaust gases and low treatment efficiency, the company conducts targeted R&D efforts, continuously advancing the modernization of WSA acid wet production technology—from compliance with emission standards to efficient resource utilization. This ensures that the company maintains a leading technological position in the country.
