WSA-Sulphuric Acid Wet Process-Inside of Acid Tank (WSA CONDENSER - ACID COLLECTOR with acid-resistant brick lining)

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the wet technology acid production conversion column enter the WSA acid condenser through the lower acid collection tank, where the acid production process is completed. In the acid condenser, the flue gas is converted from a gaseous state to a liquid state, resulting in the production of high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid (about 245°C). This concentrated sulfuric acid drains to the lower acid collection tank where it is collected and then transported to the sulfuric acid circulation system via an acid outlet hose.

Description

Hot flue gases with a temperature of 265-285°C from the wet process acid conversion column enter the WSA acid condenser through the lower acid collection tank, where the acid production process is completed.
In the acid condenser, the flue gases undergo gas-liquid transformation to form hot concentrated sulfuric acid with a temperature of about 245°C. This concentrated sulfuric acid drains to the lower acid collection tank where it is collected, after which it is directed to the sulfuric acid circulation system via an acid drain hose.
