In order to ensure the quality stability and performance scale of WSA wet acid production unit, the company built a standardized production facility equipped with advanced domestic specialized production equipment and a platform for research, development and testing:
Core equipment production lines: there are 15 automated production lines for WSA acid core equipment, including titanium material welding production line (adapted to acidic corrosive environment equipment manufacturing) and special fiberglass plastic molding production line (meeting the requirements of lightness and corrosion resistance), which can realize fully automated production from parts processing to whole equipment assembly
Precision machining equipment: equipped with 3 sets of large CNC machining centers with positional accuracy down to 0.02mm, ensuring dimensional accuracy of key components and compatibility in assembly:
Specialized assembly lines: 4 production lines for the assembly of gas purification plants, allowing simultaneous modular assembly of acid pretreatment, conversion and recycling systems, which significantly increases the efficiency of project delivery:
Research, Development and Testing Platform: The country's leading experimental R&D center of WSA Acid Production Plant, Acid Gas Treatment Simulation Laboratory and Product Performance Testing Platform have been established. It enables simulation of waste gas treatment scenarios of different industries (e.g., high-sulfur non-ferrous metallurgy waste gas, complex coal chemical waste gas), optimization of process parameters and equipment performance testing, providing information support for technology iteration and product quality control.
At present, the company's annual production capacity can meet the production needs of more than 50 sets of WSA wet acid production units, which ensures effective response to the delivery time requirements of large-scale projects at home and abroad.
