Production equipment
To ensure stable quality and scalable production capacity for the WSA technology-based wet acid production facility, the company has built a standardized production facility equipped with advanced domestic specialized production equipment and a platform for research, development, and testing.
Nuclear equipment production lines: equipped with 15 automated production lines for nuclear equipment manufacturing of WSA acid, including a titanium material welding production line (adapted for manufacturing equipment in acidic corrosive environments) and a special fiberglass molding production line (meeting requirements for lightness and corrosion resistance), enabling fully automated production from component processing to complete equipment assembly.
Precision machining equipment: equipped with 3 sets of large CNC machining centers with positioning accuracy up to 0.02 mm, which guarantees dimensional accuracy of key components and compatibility during assembly:
Specialized assembly lines: 4 production lines for the assembly of gas treatment plants, allowing simultaneous modular assembly of acid pretreatment, conversion and recycling systems, which significantly improves the delivery efficiency of projects:
Research, development and testing platform: the country’s advanced experimental WSA acid production plant research center, acid gas treatment simulation laboratory and product characteristics testing platform have been established. It allows you to model scenarios for the treatment of waste gases of different industries (e.g. high sulfur waste gases of non-ferrous metallurgy, complex waste gases of coal chemistry), optimize technological parameters and test equipment characteristics, providing information for technology iteration and product quality control.
Currently, the company’s annual production capacity allows to meet the needs of more than 50 sets of plants for wet acid production on WSA technology, which ensures an effective response to the requirements of delivery times of large projects at home and abroad.
