The condenser bottom tube board for wet acid process technology is machined as a one-piece monolithic plate and the holes are formed by high-precision CNC machining. This guarantees precise and uniform spacing between the centers of all holes, which creates a reliable and precise base for the subsequent assembly of the heat exchanger tubes.
After successful inspection of the metal parts, the internal cladding is carried out. Special compounds from DuPont (USA) or Daikin (Japan) are used for the cladding materials. Once the cladding is complete, the surface is heat treated to enhance the corrosion resistance and structural stability of the product.
This bottom tube board is designed for long-term operation at temperatures up to 290°C, with a maximum allowable temperature of 310°C. It is suitable for contact with a flue gas mixture of SO₃ and sulfuric acid with concentrations from 0 to 98%.
