Development team
The company has established a research and development system with a core team of «industry experts + scientific and research institutes and universities», gathering a group of experienced technical experts working deeply in the fields of wet acid production by WSA technology and chemical ecology. The core team is led by 2 experts who have been awarded the special scholarship of the State Council, and currently there are 86 middle and senior qualified technical experts, among which 12 professors are senior engineers and 35 senior engineers, accounting for 55.8% of the total technical team. All of them have a solid theoretical basis and rich industrial application experience.
The R&D team has cumulatively implemented 3 provincial and ministerial level S&T development projects. Focusing on the iteration of WSA wet acid production technology, the team has successfully developed 16 national patents (including 5 inventions), with key patents covering important areas such as «optimization of low-temperature transformation technology», «efficient gas-liquid separation structure», «intelligent acid concentration control system», etc. Detailed information on patents is available in the «R&D - Patent Results» section on the company's official website.
In addition, the company has established long-term technical cooperation relationships with Central South University, Hunan University and China Environmental Research Institute, and jointly established the «Joint Laboratory on WSA Acid Production Technology». With regard to industry problems such as complex industrial waste gas composition and low treatment efficiency, the company conducts focused scientific and technological research, constantly pushing forward the upgrading of WSA wet acid production technology from «emission compliance» to «efficient resource utilization», ensuring that the company's technical level remains at the forefront in the country.
