The company continuously integrates quality control into all life cycles of wet acid production projects using WSA technology, creating a three-dimensional quality control system “system certification + qualification guarantee + whole process control”:
Authoritative systems certification: The company has consistently obtained the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, ensuring the standardization of product quality and design services at the management process level:
Key Certificates and Competences: We have a Category B Certificate for Design in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical Industries, a Category I Certificate for Environmental Projects, as well as licenses for manufacturing Class A2 pressure vessels, design and installation of Class GC2 high pressure pipelines. All WSA sulphuric acid production plants and related equipment are designed, manufactured and installed in strict accordance with national safety standards for special equipment and industry standards.
Full cycle of quality control: Created a quality control mechanism on the whole cycle from the purchase of raw materials to the acceptance of the project – at the raw material stage, the input control of key materials (titanium alloys, glass plastics, etc.) is carried out to ensure that the material meets the requirements of corrosion resistance and strength; at the production stage, real-time monitoring of automated production line data is combined with manual patrolling to control machining accuracy in critical operations; at the assembly stage, special tests are carried out (sealability check, hydraulic test, etc.) to exclude leaks in the installation; before the project is submitted together with the customer, complete test cycles are carried out (idle start-up, load start-up, etc.), acceptance and delivery are carried out only after reaching the required values of the key parameters (effluent treatment efficiency, sulfuric acid concentration, emission indicators, etc.).
Thanks to the strict quality control system, the percentage of one-time acceptance of the company’s WSA wet acid production plants is 100%. The average uptime after commissioning of projects exceeds 8,000 hours. The quality of the products and engineering services have been widely recognized by customers at home and abroad.
